Our bespoke user portals provide a fast and easy distribution method for both photos and videos.
Providing us a registered email for the clubs competing allows us to pre load the user portals with media even if they have never logged in before.
We use the rep emails to create a single authorised email to have control over its media.
The club rep can share the provided links to the galleries allowing only the emails they wish to have access.
Club reps can revoke any users access in which they have granted to their galleries at any time to help ensure only the right people are granted.
How it works
Our portal first recieves the data that we import including venues, dates, club names, section/division and competitor number. This then aligns with our photographer and videographers folders. As our operators take the media it us uploaded to dropbox which is then used as the main storage location for the competition media.
The portal reads these files and communicates them to the user allowing them to purchase the files they desire. Once they purchase a folder is generated with only the puerchased media allowing them to download using a normal dropbox folder suitable for any device.
